I booked him to clean 2 chimneys, he was on-time, professional and very friendly and even explained that the 2nd chimney likely would not require cleaning due to being for an oil burning stove but that he would check it anyway to see if it needed it. It did not require a cleaning so he cleaned the one and only charged for the one. I really appreciated his honesty. He was quick too! I will definitely get him out again next autumn. The tracker to see when he would arrive and where he was, was also very cool. Read Less

He is very thorough, leaves the place clean and tidy and we have always been very happy with the service provided. He arrives exactly when he says he will and is kind, friendly and professional. We have also ordered wood from him on a number of occasions and have been very happy with the quality of it. The wood is so clean, easy to use and good for the environment. Read Less
